Ingredients

Main Ingredients
1 oz red Miso
2 oz sugar
3 tablespoons Mirin
3 tablespoons water
1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
3 oz Hacho Miso

Preservation
Bring the sauce in a glass storage container and preserve it refrigerated. Usable up to 30 days if refrigerated.
Recipe

Procedure
In a small saucepan, bring red Miso, Hacho Miso, Mirin, soy sauce, sugar and water.
Mix with a spatula. Cook over low heat. Stir frequently.
If you like, add some crushed dried chili pepper. Serve it right away or later.
