Sauteed ground meat with red Miso sauce comes with a sweet and salty taste. It is typically served with salad, tofu and vegetables such as green bell pepper and eggplant. It makes a great rice bowl.

Ingredients

Main Ingredients
1/2 pound ground beef or ground soy meat
5 pieces minced scallion. Use root of scallion about 2 inches from the end.
1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
Garlic sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons soy sauce
Miso sauce
1/2 cup Aka Miso sauce
3 tablespoons water

Preservation
Bring the sauce in a glass storage container and preserve it refrigerated. Usable up to 5 days if refrigerated.
Recipe

Garlic sauce
In a small bowl, bring minced garlic and soy sauce. Mix well and set aside.
Miso sauce
In a small bowl, bring Aka Miso sauce and water. Mix well and set aside.
Finishing
Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Bring the garlic sauce and then saute until savory smell comes out.
Add ground meat. Stir regularly with a wooden spatula to mix well.
Add the minced scallion and stir regularly to mix well.
Add the miso sauce, stir regularly with a wooden spatula to mix well.
Stir regularly to avoid being burned over low heat for about 10 minute or until the meat being simmered.
